Patient Info

Appointments: A new patient visit typically lasts 90 minutes and return visits last approximately 60 minutes. Dr. Achuff prefers that every new patient have a face to face appointment with her at the clinic. Once you are an established patient your visit can be conducted via Skype or telephone. Exceptions to this will be made for patients who have a local physician monitoring their healthcare who is able to run tests and perform physical exams as needed.

Payment: Payments can be made by cash, check or credit card.  We will prepare a "super bill" for you to submit to your health insurance company for reimbursement of services provided.

Missed Appointments/ Cancellations: Please give Dr Achuff 24 hours advance notice of cancellations. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged a fee at 50% of the office visit cost. If you miss 2 appointments, we will require payment at the time you schedule your appointment. Please understand that this policy is in place as a means of respecting the time and efforts of your physician and her office staff, as well as to other patients who would have benefited from a medical visit during this time. Should we have to change appointments, we will do our best to give you 24 hours notice and will be sure to accommodate your needs and re-schedule your appointment in a timely fashion.


Telephone and Skype Visits: Payment will taken over the phone so please have a credit card available at the end of your visit.  The cost of the visit plus medicinary items and shipment fees will be charged to your credit card at the close of the visit.
