Holistic Pelvic Care™ is a gentle form of internal pelvic floor bodywork and intra-vaginal massage, similar to traditional physical therapy but addresses the physical aspects of pelvic floor imbalance and brings a deeper understanding of health and balance at the root of a woman’s equilibrium.
These massage techniques facilitate the restoration of normal blood flow and lymphatic circulation, while helping to reposition pelvic organs (especially the uterus) that may have shifted due to injury, trauma, emotional holding patterns, pregnancy and childbirth, running on concrete, gravity, and many other life experiences.
An approach using medicinal plant and mineral compounds to detoxify the body through opening the organs of elimination and excreting toxic accumulations. It differs from “detoxing” in that it works intra-cellularly as well as extra-cellularly, thereby restoring optimal cellular function.
